This looks like a really interesting group. Just got a couple of questions. What kind of species are allowed and do characters have to choose a faction right away or can they join one later?
Any and all species are allowed. And there is no character limit. And no. If you/your character dont want to, you never have to join a faction. They're just there to let people know who is in control of the city. :3
